hello Brothers & Sisters..i have just completed chakra meditations and they are fully activated.it was an amazing experience.i need more info on what to do next to further empower myself spiritually,because there is no exact link of what to do after  completing full 666 chakra meditation.

<td val[/IMG]What I did next after opening my chakras fully,was to put together some simple assanas,to stretch the spine,which I still do to this day.Then its important to put together a simple breathing program,like I do the Breath of Fire,and then the Alternate Breathing.Then I always clean and all my chakras starting at the crown down,then I spin then starting with the base.Then I do an aura of protection for both my fiance and I,and then I do what ever more advanced stuff I want to at that point.Not at all saying that is what you should do,everyone has different things they need to work on,but you should always start with stretching you spin and breathing exercises in my opinion.And cleaning your aura and chakras is daily hygiene too,and then spinning is good to activate them,before you approach other more advanced stuff.But I try to never forget the basics too.Hope this helps you get a simple understanding of what a program needs to consist of,but I am always open for other opinions too.
