Someone else would have to tell you if there's a ritual.. although for one, there's another time,too, but almost 25 years ago while i was upset, my mom said I let out a growl like I was a cat and I had no recall of doing it, so that was not by choice... but no matter I would rather develop, astral travel, and meet with godhead than let a spirit possess me, unless there a purpose for this... Now that I think of it I know of a man in south america who would do healings/operations via a dead nazi doctor for many years until he died. He chose to let the doctor in him to do this. The doctor asked him when he was young. The whole story is documented via Reader's Digest.
