I have a small addiction to porn and masterbation. I have decided not to reach orgasm for half the month and I would like to know what to do with this sexual energy , how to direct it properly so that I will not do any mental damage to myself.

I was told that it would build up and it's to be directed to empower my mind body and soul. That I'm supposed to breathe the energy into my kundalini or into my chakras . And to express my sexuality in a non sexual way something physical or creative and to have feminine energy/women react to my masculinity. This wouldn't empower me
