New type of Baphomet pendant

Check out the pic. Can you figure out what the symbols mean? Thanks.

The triangle is probably a symbol of the chakra shapes. Or just there because the person who made it thought it was cool to redesign it. Or it also maybe a corruption of one of Satan's sigils. A lot of possibilities that I don't know. Someone can correct me on this!

I can't tell if the cross is upright, but if it is then it is bad and you must not use that pendant.

Also I don't know what those symbols at the outer circle mean. It's better to not assume that it's safe to use because we don't know.

This is the passage I found:

For my altar,I had created on black chart with white outlines an Inverted Pentagram and goat's head in it but also two circles around it. I shouldnt be using that? but one without circles? I didnt really know that. Whoa..

My demon tells me he's not offended by the circles. They're trivial details to him.
Also I'm pretty sure there's no hebrew lettering on this pendant. I've seen hebrew before and recognize it when I see it.
