First, I must say, I think you shouldn't use this pendant. Because, whole symblos are in double circle, it means the binding of what symbols mean, in this case binding of Satan. Jews use double circle around Demon sigils, to bind the Demon, supposedly.
Between two circles,in the corners of pentagram, there are 5 letters, I think they are letters because I don't know what they are. In the Baphomet of JoS, there are cuneiforms(sumerian letters), which writes SATAN. In the Baphomet, which used by Laveyans and others, the word "Leviathan" is written, with Hebrew letters around pentagram. In this one, I am not sure what they are.
In pentagram, there is the head of Goat,head of "Goat of Mendes". This is a symbol of Satan.
I think, triangle represents a pyramid. It is a important Satanic symbol and truly the shape of chakras. It is explained in here:

Also there are 666 number and a inverted cross at the tip of pyramid.
As for the 4 symbols in the circles, I don't know them unfortunately. They look like some alchemical symbols, but if they are alchemical, not from the well known ones. You can search on the web, there are plenty of them.
Sorry, I couln't explain everything, but, as I said, because of the double circles, I suggest you not to use this pendant. It is offensive to Satan and Demons.

I can't tell if the cross is upright, but if it is then it is bad and you must not use that pendant.
Also I don't know what those symbols at the outer circle mean. It's better to not assume that it's safe to use because we don't know.
