New to Satanism........kinda. where to start? help

Hi all. This is my first post to this group so if i did this wrong, sorry. Anyway.........last year i died of a heart attack. Several times actually. Enough times that if there WERE an afterlife, i would have seen some sign of it. So this made me begin searching for answers. I was raised the son of a Baptist Preacher Man. A good man, but sadly deluded. While i am NOT LeVeyan, my first introduction to Satan was the Satanic Bible. After reading many Non-LeVeyan literature, i realized that i have been a Satanist since birth. I just did not know it yet.

Being new to the LHP, i would like some advice on where to begin my road to self empowerment as i know that Satan is real, and id prefer not to bite off more than i can chew at once. There is so much information, and much of it conflicts with one another, but i seem to have discernment as to what to take and what to leave (this was realized while reading LeVeys works). I would like some guidance as to where i should begin. I am in the process of reading Satanic Power Meditation vol 1. And this is what led me to request some guidance as i have no experience with the spiritual aspect of anything, as i have been an athiest for many years until reading about Satan. Finally, i found somewhere that i fit in this world. Hail Satan.

Have you seen Satan's Library in the Updates section? Whatever you cannot find on the JoS site because some parts of frozen, you can find in Satan's Library in pdf.
I have read that many people read the Satanic Bible as their first piece of Satanic literature. It was the same for me, when I was 17.

I have read almost the whole JoS website in its entirety. Some parts i am re-reading. I feel compelled to begin with meditation, tho i am not very well versed in in at all. I will begin the 40 day instructional on meditation today. I, for the first time, feel as though i have found my place in this world, and i want to learn more and more. I was reading about the Dedication to Satan, and was wondering if this is something that would be better if done first? Or should i begin meditation and build my aura before doing the dedication ritual? I am ready to dive head first into this as i feel that i have finally found my way. Thank you all!

DEDICATE BEFORE YOU MEDITATE! when you meditate you become more spiritually strong and that will make you a target for the enemies of humanity, when you dedicate Satan will protect you from this. The dedication ritual is the START of our path.

Welcome Life is learning, im glad you found satan. We are here to help. You are on the right road regarding doing the power meditation guide, it will help massively, to this day, years on I still flick through it, its fantastic. Another thing, once you complete the meditation guide, you feel a sense of accomplishment and everything gets better, although no doubt it gets better from day 1 of finding spiritual satanism, true spirituality.

Also, where can one buy items for the altar? Mainly, the Sigil of Baphomet. I am having a hard time finding it inclined

It already has. My rate of healing actually baffled my cardiologist who told me i would probably never work again. I have been back to full time work for over a year.

I had another question, does anyone here have any experience with covert Satanism. I live in a house full of catholics who would probably disagree with my new path. Not that i care, as i allow them to continue being deluded without any recourse, but having an altar may create disaccord. Are there ways that i can practice while maintaining some secrecy?

I just drew my sigil of Baphomet. I'm also extremely restricted due to my living situation, so my altar simply consists of a candle and the sigil. I also sit on a black mat when I meditate and perform rituals.

And is it a black candle, and, if so, where can one get these? Im sure i can find red or blue candles. I shall have to look when time permits. I am kinda eager to proceed, but dont want to do my dedication half assed with wrong colored candles and such

I have yet to do the initation ritual this weekend

No it is not possible, it is a extremely advanced thing to do and you need to have been dedicated to Satan and have meditated for years to get to the point where ones Kundalini serpent rises.
