Hi Guys i m excited to confirm that i did the dedication last night.I m currently stacked as to what to do next.I went to the meditation page and there seems to be a lot of instructions.How should i go about each exercise and for how long? thanks.

Sahasrara bliss is right the 40 day program would be a good place to start. you could also start doing a bit of daily power meditation session which you can find on the meditations section and start with the beginner section on the meditations, they have detailed instructions on how long you can do the meditation tool.
