Negative energy attack

Hello Brothers and Sisters, for the past two-three days now I have been having massive negative energy attacks. Each time I've done a cleansing of my Aura to make sure it's not that and also empowering my aura as well to help.

However to no avail does this help but only to a tiny bit of peace for myself. I was curious whether or not I should do a banishing ritual to help manage with this situation or is there any other advice I should take to help deal with this enemy attack at hand?

Try to like spirtualy cleanse you'rself.
What i do is, Ill take inscece or something like that and kindve have someone make circles of smoke around me and i close my eye's and visualize all the negitive energy being drained completly from me and filled with pure while nice energy,

Banishing ritual sounds good!
Strengthen your aura really well while your in a trance, and use electric blue on the outside too rune vibrations, then when this negative thing happens, if, dont let your mind hang over it and raise tons of blue and white gold in the moment. and Just be like fuck yeah I winxD
