Need some tips and advice

Hello all! It's me again, I haven't really been posting lately. I have been into Satanism two months and it has been a life changing experience than any other religion. Although I haven't seen any changes spiritually, Satanism has been a better influence and support. I am up to opening my solar plexus and have seen arguments of it being the strongest chakra. Hopefully I see some progress soon, but I came here to ask if there are any type of secret meditations or advice in the program? I have seen discussion of people using more effective meditations and results. My schedule has been a bit sloppy because of life but I am just doing what I can everyday, at least the mandatory daily meditations.

Once you’ve got better at the foundation mediation try the mediation from father satan when you breath through your third eye when doing this what helped me was looking at third eye whilst doing this hope it helps.
