Need help with deprogramming self after several groomer hypnotists destroyed my brain and put me into psychosis

actually very scared and feel very alone, I have no proof people have been using this stuff to fuck with me I just can't prove it because of the nature of the programming.

several individuals groomed me some minor e celebs some ex friends but it all combined into a massive nightmare tulpa wonderland where I can't actually communicate with people anymore and my sexuality is in complete control of my life. before you ask I am medicated and seeking external treatment but also looking for a spiritual answer as well. open to anything.
