the awakening meditation given in JOS is little difficult
only with the chanting part i have no idea how to do it
however i tried but once the vibration took place in middle of the throat n another time in lower throat.
Can any one send me a sound clip of that chanting
i mean the sound that comes out while chanting or another method or chant.
