Need Help From A Clergyman To Find A Specific Type Of Person

I need help trying to find a very specific type of person, I don’t know how to recognise them, and I don’t know if there’s any rituals I can perform to help me find them. I don’t feel comfortable saying much more to anyone who isn’t in the clergy as I have no idea of our stance on these types of people
