Need healp trying to astral project

Ive been trying to astral project lately, and for some
reason this is harder for me than anything else, but
Ive tried all the ways listed on the JoS site, but to
no avail, and last time i tried i almost made myself
pass out trying to seperate, but i think i was close.
If anyone has any suggestions i would be very
greatfull to hear them

Don't know if this helps, but I had the same problem for the longest
time. Tried every trick in the book, but nothing worked. The best
advice is work on dream recall. You probably are projecting you just
might not remember it. start a dream journal or at least try to
remember your dreams when you first wake up. It worked for me.
