Need healp trying to astral project

Don't know if this helps, but I had the same problem for the longest
time. Tried every trick in the book, but nothing worked. The best
advice is work on dream recall. You probably are projecting you just
might not remember it. start a dream journal or at least try to
remember your dreams when you first wake up. It worked for me.
