Need a bit of help

I just joined the group, and have a few questions.

1.I think a demon is trying to contact me, because i can hear
him/her, but cant discern anything understandable, can someone help me
a bit so i can get in touch? I've been working on meditation, and its
helping but i still cant quite catch what he/she is saying.
2.Also I see... visions of the future i guess, because one night
ill dream something, and soon, be it a day, or a month from then it
will eventually happen. If that doesnt happen then i dont see any of
my other dreams at all... I need some help controling when i see them,
and knowing what im seeing.

***Work on empowering your Clairaudience points and Throat Chakra. I
can tell you from experience that it really helps. You just need to be
really relaxed when your finished meditating on them to really hear
clearly.

***Empower ur Third Eye, the extension on the back of your head, and
6th Chakra. Not only will u be able to interpret ur dreams, but also
see the places u are going in the future and their relevance/impact on
ur life.

for the second thing i get that a ton too...almost everyday
but i dont know how to control it either
