Hello,
In light of bringing up the humunculi thing that actually lead for me to look past the alchemy thing and towards necromancy.
A human body can not be created but what of an existing recently deceased body being invok ed by a human soul. I have just begun to study necromany from some of the JoS books I hae and it states necomancy can "revive the dead" I was wondering if it were possible to have the invoke spirit control the body. not saying could it live there forever but could this theory have some validity?

reanimating a carcass is, as the website states, impossible.

As for reamination of deceased human remains, there is the theoretical scientific aspect of cryonics.

:p I was also thinking of a similar thing - months ago when I wanted to become a necromancer. Reanimation of a limb that is unused (electrical impulses from the body are no longer felt); by sending artificial electrical impulses, one's limb could be once again useful. Now I see it in a different light though.
