The Cycle of Death and Rebirth - About Grief and the Things We Can Do

Thank you for writing this, it honestly made me cry.

I remember my uncle who promised to take me fishing before he passed away from cancer very suddenly..

I remember my grandpa who I was forbidden from seeing and talking to just because of cruelty of 3 "family members" who didn't know how lonely and hurt he felt by being shunned out of the family all because of lies. I only met him 4 times and I was very young, but I remember how kind and loving he was.

All he wanted to do was give love and asked for nothing but time with his grandchildren. I couldn't go to him one last time, despite having this deep gut feeling that I must, only to find out hours later that he died, alone.. It broke my heart and I still grieve him for I miss him and I wish I wasn't prevented from knowing him more..

Love you grandpa, love you uncle, may you both have better lives and may our paths cross together once again so we can make new memories. ❤️‍🩹

Imagine if all of these people would do regular Yoga, exercise, meditation, and spiritual practices since their childhood. We would all be much more healthy and there wouldn't be a need for all this suffering and stagnation—old age would be seen as yet another period of your life where you have much more time to focus on your spiritual and intellectual development.

All of these are valid, but I personally believe that the best apology and thank you one could give here is to improve the world and Bless this person with getting born into a much better world and life. Do not pointlessly ruminate over regrets, as that does not bring anyone forward. It does not help the deceased and it also does not help you process the emotions in any constructive way.

What we all want is to wake up in a better world in our next lives—MAKE IT HAPPEN! May deaths and rebirths be celebrated as a renewed chance for a better life, not simply as a painful farewell.
Beautifully stated; I love your perspective, very inspiring! Thank you for this post, April!

My condolences to your loss April. Thank you for your time and view on this difficult topic. The journey of the soul is an interesting one, and we have a responsibility to those souls entering their next life that they can learn and access the truth this time around. Knowing we have lived and died before at least once, gives us the chance to do things differently and live a fuller life, young again with renewed strength
