Naturelo multi?

It is a good brand. You can get it if you want. There are some good brands of multivitamins available among the rest of the crap out there.

Hahaha.... Read the title and through me off sense I forgot I put it asking about it :)

Thank you for helping :) and will get it for user.

The recommended daily intakes of vitamins are very scant representations of what the human body requires for optimum health.

Basically the RDI's or RDA's are the minimum levels required to prevent major nutrient deficiency diseases like scurvy (vit c) and beriberi (b group).

They are not adequate levels for chronic disease states, prevention of infectious illness or other longer term diseases or for anyone growing, elderly or otherwise.

I figured as much, it was in the amount said how much we actually need that is something I am not certain about.

Then there is also 'overdose on vit A' in example which scares people away from taking more than that suggested dose..

Plus rats are not good animals to compare humans to. Rats seem to be able to get rid of toxins better than humans and recover faster (but that remains to be seen if we all lack those things to be able to actually recover..)
And they also seem to be able to grow human fles so I dont get why they dont conduct tests on that. Lack of bloodflow perhaps?

Does seem hell a lot more ethical to me than pumping people and animals full of toxins.

This is what is mentioned on one of the products. Nowhere it is said it is from a natural source, also the 'magnesium oxide' says that it must have been made in a factory rather than a natural source ... and I have no idea whether those other components are actual from a natural source.
Antiklontermiddel means that you don't have nuggets of one kind of ingredient in your stuff. if anyone was wondering. vulstof means.. well its a filler.

Magnesium sulphate is for bowel movement. Not sure on magnesium oxide. Taken in small amounts. Really small like a pinch in food or water. Magnesium sulphate or epsom salt doesnt cause any problem. Magnesium can be absorbed from skin by putting legs in warm water with magnesium sulphite. Putting leg slightly upto ankle. Use a shallow tub for that.

I am not 100% certain on the bioavailability of magnesium oxide but I do know that magnesium sulphate does not cross the intestinal wall and remains inside the lumen.

This sets up an osmotic gradient, whereby water is drawn into the intestinal lumen which generates a forceful bowel movement.

It is useful to move very dry stools, and this is the reasoning behind its use as a laxative - in China it is called Mang Xiao.
