Dear beloved brothers and sisters,
I am a 16 year old male who has always had an interest in the magick arts. When about a year ago I was shown JoS by a (not very devoted) friend, I was happier than ever before. Since then I have improved greatly, brought my best friend to satanism(who has improved just as much as I have) and his girlfriend is also become more active in the dark arts now. I refer to magick and meditation and so on because I find that there are many things words can't explain. And a total novice would be left in the dark to these things. Thus ''dark arts''.
Anyhoo, I have not only plunged myself in satanism, but also in the eccentric art of Chaos Magick.
This is a magic form that is very scientific in nature, but also extremely creative. It teaches how to devise Sigils, Mantra's, and entire rituals of one's own tastes. Also thoughtforms, banishings, godforms( like archetypes one creates for himself) and all these subjects are handled and learned upon.
Through all this I still believe Enki to be our original god(I rather not refer to him as Satan, as we all know this means the adversary and I personally do not like this name. Lucifer or Enki is preferred by me.)
I have developed the gift of divination rather strongly and if anyone asks me a question about magick, I almost immediately know the answer. I also designed several rituals which I have noticed for myself to be quite effective. I want to ask your opinion on several matters though.
For example... I have stopped using a literal ''Temple'' for my astral temple. Instead I have created more of an astral world. It is in the form of a large valley where a lake lies in the middle and streams to the sea. It is surrounded by a vulcano(fire), the ocean(water), large Icy mountains(air) and great green mountains(earth), with in the middle a small home where my girlfriend is ever present(this gives me a comfortable feeling, so why not?) In the home is an altar and such for altar-requiring stuff, but I often do invokations of the elements by standing outside in the grass and breathing from a specific area in the astral world. Like invoking fire, I breathe from the direction of the vulcano. Until now I have had no trouble with this. Still I would like an opinion on this matter.
Another thing. I have invoked Isis several times and I have communicated clearly with father Lucifer through the smoke of incense once. But apart from that I have not received stunningly much contact from demons. Is this perhaps because when I invoked Isis, I asked her for magical knowledge(since she is the goddess of magic) and since then I have been able to work pretty independently?
I also created a small magical prop by the directions of JoS but I added some things on my own account.
It is a tiny vial, water and earth from my grandfather's grave and three leaves of Taxus. Taxus is a tree of death and wisdom, and it grew on the grave so I figured it might be good to throw some in.
But since then, I have found to have a deep bond with the vial which I cannot explain. Is it perhaps that the taxus leaves have become a kind of a place for my grandfather's spirit to manifest?
I hope my long post wasn't too hard to read through. But I would like an opinion from some more experienced Satanists, Mages and in any way.. More experienced Humans.
