my view on neturality

well neutrality can not exest if you look at a magnet you get a + and - side no neutral becouse neutral would be a peace of metal and both the + and - side would be fighting for it and so it would go to one side or the olther or be destroyed by the fighting the same is valid for every thang. there for neutrality has not, can not , and will not ever exest. =]

so what does every one think on that?
