For the better part of a decade my brother has been in an interracial relationship. I won't mention the races because I don't want to risk getting doxed, but the races involved are entirely unrelated. He calls her his fiancee and when I expressed strong disapproval of miscegenation, he has since stopped contacting me and because he lives overseas, I can't talk to him in person. I have done the dedication ritual but I'm admittedly a complete novice when it comes to spiritual matters, so what can a spiritual beginner like me do to break up this relationship?

Most are brainwashed and can't see nor care to see how bad race mixing is, they only care to live in the moment and not about the future. Honestly you should have not said anything, for them now you are the racist and that is not going to change. You could use magic to break them up but really think about it if its worth it.

Remember you are not responsible for someone else's choices. Sometimes you can't do much if they are determined to make negative choices. I learned this the hard way a few times some people just won't listen no matter what you say.
You maybe should have taken a different approach came across that you don't like the relationship for other reasons they won't talk to you cause they think you are racist or something probably. When you are able to direct energy better or now if you feel your ready you can do things with runes or influencing them to break them up. You could even do the race awakening thing into him as we have it now (don't change affirmation that removes part of the power of it).
But if he is this way and wants this kind of relationship he will just find another one if you do this so you might not win with this battle. You may have to wait till he wakes up more or faces the consequences later.
