I did something stupid. I went to a psychic who told me that I was missing part of my soul because it did not come with me before birth. Everything else I mostly heard from entities. My apologies.

I dedicated my soul before initiating it. I think that's my problem.

When did you dedicate? I never did any "initiation" before my dedication... I just dedicated and started meditating. Things were very confusing for me for years afterwards though, so don't take it personally that you were a victim of enemy attacks. They are extremely common for us, and you will get better at managing them after some months of meditation.

How can I say this politely; this sounds like bullshit to me. I think this psychic has lied to you. One of the most recurring mistakes unaware people do is to make that separatist comparison of body and soul, and as HP Hooded Cobra has stated once, this separatist thought has been created by Christianity. 
You are your soul. You are both a soul and a body of course, but you have always been a soul even before you started existing as a body in this lifetime, too. And what's in your soul will usually manifest in your physical body just like it is, such as an anomaly or something. So if there was actually a part of your soul missing, I think this would be seen in your body too.
It sounds to me like this psychic would even complete what they told you with the usual new-age "soulmate" belief, stating that your soul will only become complete when you find your own "soulmate", because without it, "you are only half". "Half of an orange". That your "soulmate" is your "missing half". Which is bullshit, too. We create intimate connections with whomever we decide to, and although a love partner can make our lives happier, we're still one and a whole without them, and we're actually supposed to feel complete with ourselves first, before pursuing a love relationship with anyone. I could write more on my thoughts about that here, but then this would go off-topic.

I know, old message this, but I had to say something here anyways. No
need for apologies, darling. We all make mistakes. I don't know quite
what you mean by initiation, like someone said I only ever did the
dedication rite, that's plenty, but I'm assuming that you meant a
private ceremony on top of that of sorts? Either way it doesn't
matter, he accepted you. That psychic was full of shit, sis. Most of
them are, sadly, I've found, due to the stupid angels and kikes
corrupting all of the spiritual knowledge. I'm sure that Father, or
your gd, has reassured you since, but let me just say again: your soul
is NOT broken! There's nothing at all wrong with you, and don't you
fucking dare let any stupid new-age mortal tell you that there is! You
are fine. Souls don't break like that. I mean, maybe in extreme
circumstances someone's soul fractures, I don't honestly know, I've
never asked Father about this, but I'm like 99.999% certain that for
the most part, a person's soul is intact just as is, throughout
reincarnation etc. Do not worry! All is fine.
