Let me start by saying that H P Maxine said in her opening the chakras CD,that performing the mudras, was not as important as how you vibrate the particular Rune.I have found at this stage of my power meditation practice, that I can visualize better,if I am not concerned with how I am doing the mudras. Now let me also say,for those that feel the immediate need to correct me on this, that I am not saying they are not important, and that they don't need to be used,or that there is no power in them.I am simply saying that for me,it helps me concentrate on my visualizations if I don't use them.I simply lay my hand on my knee face down, not face up,relax, and do the breathing, void, trance, opening, cleaning, spinning, mer ka ba,without worrying where my hands are. What I have found for me is the meditations are just as powerful.Anyone else have that same experience?
Hail Satan!!

I do the same, only I put my hands upwards so I can draw energy in through them while doing the meditations. I don't feel my meditations have suffered any loss of effectiveness without the mudras currently. I may incorporate them at a later point, but for now my meditations are working fine.

Hail Satan always!!!

<td val[/IMG]What ever works right. The reason I feel the need to have my hands down on my knees,is because sometimes the energy is so strong, that I feel I need to hold on to something. Thanks for the reply! It is always encouraging to hear the same works for others also.I agree with you too that I will one day get to the point of using mudras again, and will have the need too. But right now it helps me to concentrate on my visualizations more.At least my friend,we can say we are diligent.I have found in a very short time, that it and Hatha are the most important things that I do in life at this point.
Hail Satan!!

I agree with the whatever works. As HP Maxine has always stressed things may be different for each person. I love the amount of energy from the upward facing palms. I guess that makes me an energy junkie but hey, I am okay with that (LOL).

I think my main reason for not doing the mudras right now is also because having been a "couch potato" for so long, I am not quite able to do them with ease yet. I have been slowly working up to the flexibility that I used to have, so it is not comfortable for me right now. Getting there, but not quite at it yet.

As for the most important things right now, I will agree with that as well, but I must add to that my children also (smile). I can proudly say they are free from any xtian brainwashing. They openly know my beliefs, and support them. While they have not chosen their own paths yet, they know that they are free to explore something other than a sheep mentality. I am even lucky enough to have them meditate with me once in a while.

Hail Satan always!!!
