More questions about yoga

I just have a few questions that popped into my head recently, and although these things haven't happened to me yet, I still want to be prepared for when and if it does happen. My questions are:
1. What do you do if you're interrupted during yoga? An example being, I know the people I'm living with would have no problem with interrupting my yoga sessions and pulling me away from it, and I would have to do what they say unless I wanna get kicked out on the streets. So, is it any different from being interrupted during meditation? Would I just pick up where I left off, or would I start the whole thing over again?
2. What if you have an injury or sickness that prevents you from doing yoga? I know there are many different degrees of sickness and injury, and if I had something as small as a cold I'd still do my yoga. But what if something drastic happened, like if you broke your leg or if you were bedridden with a sickness? Would you just rest until you could do it again? Are there substitutes for yoga in these circumstances?
Sorry, I know these are a lot of questions, but I just really felt I needed to ask them.
Hail Father Satan!

You could do yoga early in the morning (when others are asleep) or late, in the evening (although I don't suggest this one, unless you don't want to sleep, because of the high energy :p).
Can't you tell to the people you live with, that you need some time to not be interrupted? Does your door have a lock?

But well... you can do magick to also make it so these people don't interrupt you. xD
Program your aura (or theirs) to fit your purposes. You can even use runes for it (check the witchcraft page on joS).

In regards to having an injury or being sick; I assume that if it's a really bad physical injury (a broken leg or something) it'd be best to not do yoga for a while (it also depends on the KIND of yoga... There are kinds of yoga, like the kundalini yoga with the breaths, that are not stressful to the body), but if you're doing yoga for a while and suddenly need to stop (because of an injury) it's best to replace yoga with another meditation instead (so that your energies won't drop low), and of course also do healing to heal faster your injury.
If you get sick, I still advise you to do yoga. Also healing. :p (vibrate suryae for a number of times -108 ideally- and use a proper affirmation such as "I am always healthy and protective. The sickness leaves my body" and such)

Light you Wrote I am always Healthy and Protective. Lol :p

Well, you can just pick up the yoga session from where you left off. As for sickness, it is better to not have thoughts about things like that  as what you project out there may come back to you. Stay positive and don't think about sickness. You don't have to start the entire yoga session over again. I have been interupted before as well. Just keep going when the *cough reptilian interference cough* is over.

Hail Satan.

Hinderances physical, mental, and spiritual all affect us on the path of yoga. Without saturnian limitations, we would never learn discipline. If you bow to your external circumstances, you lise your identity as the eternal God dwelling within the essence of your soul.

If you like, i can recommend a kriya for first thing in the morning, still in bed, that is extremely powerful, and easy to do without having others disturb you.

I'm sorry; I know I have a lot of questions about it, but they keep coming up from personal experiences and I get nervous.. So, recently, I've noticed that on certain days, I can do my Hatha yoga very easily and the stretches and positions come with no resistance. But on other days, it's either very difficult or much more painful to do these same stretches that I had no problem with in previous days. Is this normal, and what does it mean? Also, I remember reading that an energy buzz is an indicator that one is doing the yoga correctly, but sometimes I don't feel the energy buzzes after I finish, or at least not nearly as strongly as usual. It makes me feel really anxious because I really don't want to regress in my power, and though I doubt I will, I really need certain confirmation and information here.

This is kind of just how it is. Some days meditations or yoga will come easier and your sessions will flow really smooth and then some days it'll be a little less smooth. As long as you're doing it in a relaxed state you're empowering your soul and not regressing. You should do kundalini yoga too.

So don't feel anxious. Hp Maxine told me the days I just do yoga and not power meditation you are still advancing. But I really try not to miss daily power meditation as I know how important it is for the soul.

Keep going, you're fine. Over time you'll master yoga more and you'll be able to feel energy way easier. In the beginning it was like the way you're explaining for me. Now I can easily do any one of the hatha yoga poses and feel the energy buzz from it.

Some days different energy centers are more active than others. Possibly could be an imbalance in your solar and lunar energies. Also, I would recommend kundalini yoga as well. Hatha opens the nadis, but kundalini really blasts them with purifying fire. It also is very tingly, I think you'd enjoy it c:

It could be that your body and soul need some time to adjust to the exercise and increased bioelectricity.

Stop being sorry and be more confident in yourself. You're a Satanist after all, that title alone is enough to be proud of.

HAIL SATAN!!!!

Thanks so much. :) I really do appreciate it. I just like to check in with my fellow Satanic Brothers and Sisters so I know for a fact that I know what I'm doing and not just assuming that I do. I've been doing both Hatha and Kundalini yoga for awhile now; I just brought up Hatha yoga specifically because I mainly had questions about it. But thank you once again for your answer and support.
