It clearly says that "for the first time", meaning, you should not start a working on a Void of Curse moon, and that could be any spell, cleaning, etc. That does not applies to the rituals as they have already been started on a good date.

If you think you had started aura cleaning, yoga, and any kind of thing on VoC, than start them again with at least 36-48 hours gap, or just change something in the working (reps, affirmation, etc) and start it anytime.
