although this job is perfectly legal, with proper contracts.
I have to live with a foreign person in the room.

I don't know what to choose, I need the money this job offers, but I think spiritual programs and advancement are more important

I Suggest you Choose your Job and work for some times, Even for a year to gather your rent, from there you can take your own personal Apartment.
You can perform your rituals( meditation, Yoga, AOP etc) when his not around.

Congratulations for decreasing the gambling addiction But make sure to not word it as "my gambling addiction", that will make it more difficult to rid from your Self identity. A gambling addiction that you used to have, is a better way of wording it.

You do not have to stop your advancement. Your flatmate will not always be at home, and you can find places to meditate, or go to a yoga studio, or a park if the weather is permitting.
