Millimeter halo vision during meditation in void

Almost every time I practice meditation in the void with open eyes concentrating on an object (if I am in the deep trance state and concentrated enough) I sometimes see a very faint halo of indefinite color a few millimeters thick, sometimes objects appear blurred, my vision at times seems distorted, as if I were seeing from a screen to which a VGA cable has been poorly connected, and very small and very faint flickers (I don't know if this is the term in English) are seen.

This evening I decide to try another system, this time the object that I was to focus on was the Shen ring of the great Zeus ritual, only I noticed something unusual that I had never noticed before, the halo surrounding the object was thicker, the color was a deep blue, this is the first time I can see the color around something, I wonder if I finally succeeded after so much work to see the famous halo of light surrounding an object or a person, the aura.

Wow, it's comforting to know that I'm not the only one to whom this phenomenon has happened. It's similar to an effect in physics called aberration (the distortion effect) or perhaps when you put your fingers in water and notice a very slight greenish halo called “thin film interference.” But when you're in a trance, you're out of the water and you focus on that object, the situation changes. It could really be what we think it is.

This exercise you're doing is the method used to train yourself to see auras and energies with your eyes open.

I've also been practicing seeing energies with my eyes open lately, and what you're both experiencing is very positive for developing your spiritual sensitivity.
