Metalic Owl Dream

I have been seeing a metalic owl in my dreams lately. I just did the dedication on 09/30/2010. This owl is a living creatures or appears that way and is a golden metalic substance(made of golden metal). It stares at me. Is this bad I heard that owls mean death. Can some help me out with this one

First of all, the owl is one of Satan's sacred animals. I would take these dreams as a good omen. The possibilities as to the meaning of your dream, if any are infinite. But a positive possibility is perhaps its Satan's way of saying hello.. seeing as you just dedicated. Also , no, owls do not mean death. In a few cultures they do but they also have so many more meanings associated with them. For example the native americans accossiate them with wisdom, forsight, and sacred knowledge. Owlpages.com gives a list of several cultures and their unique meanings of the owl. Many of them are actually positive.
