MerKAba Meditation

Brothers and Sisters, anyone do it yet? I have! Wow! very powerful stuff, I felt the vibrating right away, it was intense! Let me know how it has gone for you?

yes it is very powerful.I have been doing it on and off for a couple of years now.But not until just a few months ago,have I been getting really serious about it.

I found after doing in for a while I didn't feel it as much as when you first start so I started adding another breath increasing by another 1/4. Then when you don't feel it as intensely again add another 1/4.

Thats with all meditation. It blows you away at first. Then after a while you dont really feel it. That because your soul has gotten use to it. However, if you miss a day, then you will feel it. You will feel it in depression. Then once you do it again, you feel alot more energy from the meditation. This is not advised. Instead go on to more advanced meditations.

Going faster with the Merkaba is a good idea. However you can only go so high. I would not go beyond 6 times the speed of light.

First time I did it, it felt really powerfull for me too, right from the start. Actually it was a little bit too powerful so in the beginning, I was getting dizzy only when i was focusing on it (following the old instructions i fist moved the ball to my heart chakra but it was a bit to powerful so i finally moved it to the 8th chakra). After some time it went much better. But as it says in the instructions, it is very important not to skip days with it, especially in the beggining. One day it happened to me to me to be out for much more time than i expected and i was also unable to come back home for the night and i stated to feel it moving downwards and it felt unconfortable. I remember i was in the car and my eyes started to get sensitive to the light and i got special kind of head ache. So when i arrived to my friend's place, i had to go directly on the internet, find the meditation, keep the instructions in my mind and then go to the toilet where i did the meditation, as i had no privacy there.
I also used to do Thurisaz in the beginning, in order to get more resistant
