Mercury or Venus for 5th Chakra?

Day 16 Mercury enters in Gemini, which is, second the Necronomicon info good to do the meditation for the 5th Chakra.Ok... but... This new information on the JoS says that Venus rules the 5th and Mercury the 4th, insted the reverse in the old information.So, will I be wasting my time doing the Necronomicon meditation for the 5th Chakra and will I must wait Venus go to a strong sign?

On the JOS it says that "the ancients knew what they were doing in regards to power" when it talks about waiting to do the necronomicon meditations in the appropriate planetary sign. And on the moon it says that in any other sign other than the exalted, the co ruling, and the ruling signs, if you do it in any other sign you will be wasting your time. The same can be applied here as well. It also says "For maximum effectiveness, the Necronomicon Meditations must be performed according to the planets." So you should do it when Venus is either exalted or in it's home sign or co-ruling sign. 
As for the old information vs new, I would go with the new information as the old is null and void in light of the truth. Since the 5th chakra is ruled by Venus, you should do the meditation at or shortly after July 22nd 2013 12:42 PM, as Venus will be in virgo at that time.
