Greetings
I did the Mer Ka Ba after a gap of about 8 days and it was as if i had never stopped doing it i had an out of the world experience it left a taste on my tongue(not joking can yet feel the bio electricity /energy on my tongue.)When i started it by the time i was exhaling Na could feel my body temperature rise also could feel (knew) there was a snake behind me but could not see it by the time i started spinning my sphere i could see it clearly standing behind me its hood was spread and completely surrounded my face and half my body(like it was standing guard over me) When i got to spinning my pyramids i saw a Falcon (very huge )it was on top of me(above the snake )and flapping its wings. When i finished spinning the pyramids and was meditating on the energy i saw both the snake and the falcon in front of me the snake was erect with its hood spread out and the falcon was standing on the ground with its wings spread out that is when i felt/tasted the bio electricity and it is yet on my tongue.
