Memory question.

I'm sure been said, but if can say again plz, be great help.
I have a okay memory, but is there a way to boost it or increase what I can remember, I must take a board test and what I can recall isn't enough and it's hard to remember and study again. So plz any advice beside study again that can help, of course I will study again but my head some times feels like a void, things go in but goes in a black whole or disappeares, don't get me wrong I remember things but it's almost selective or something, I know sounds odd but that's how I feel alot of times when I read something.

Mind breaking down the mannaz rune please, not sure I do right. And is there anything else. Like food wise too or something. I would like to put fehu, uruz and mannaz together. Is there a way to dont or just go one after the other?
