Meditation to negate distractions?

I feel like the enemy is trying to lead me away from spiritually advancing, through various ways. For example, it happens many times when I'm about to go and perform an RTR I receive a message from an in-game friend asking if I want to go play the game with them. Or other times I receive the desire to raise sexual energies to use with the RTR, but then forget to perform the RTR after I masturbate. And at other times, they also make me delay performing RTRs with such silly methods that I feel like I should be ashamed for not seeing through them. 
Are there any possible meditations that could assist me in making these distractions go away? Or perhaps make the enemy's attempts to distract me seem very uninteresting so I won't fall for them?

Yes, I know that, but every time I try it it's the *will* for me to do the RTRs that's missing! How can I strengthen this?

You can try to do positive affirmations and raising your energies and program it with affirmations, and Munka workings or similar. You can also try doing affirmations at the end of your yoga sessions.

Remember to add "permanent" (if this is your goal) and "in a positive and healthy way" or something similar in your affirmations. You can do it for 40 days to make it permanent on your soul.
