Meditation to negate distractions?

I feel like the enemy is trying to lead me away from spiritually advancing, through various ways. For example, it happens many times when I'm about to go and perform an Ritual I receive a message from an in-game friend asking if I want to go play the game with them. Or other times I receive the desire to raise sexual energies to use with the Ritual, but then forget to perform the Ritual after I masturbate. And at other times, they also make me delay performing Rituals with such silly methods that I feel like I should be ashamed for not seeing through them. 
Are there any possible meditations that could assist me in making these distractions go away? Or perhaps make the enemy's attempts to distract me seem very uninteresting so I won't fall for them?

Yes, I know that, but every time I try it it's the *will* for me to do the Rituals that's missing! How can I strengthen this?

You can try to do positive affirmations and raising your energies and program it with affirmations, and Munka workings or similar. You can also try doing affirmations at the end of your yoga sessions. \
