When i break meditation streak i feel so bad and feel like a loser, i also feel i should be on same streak or better to be able to feel as successful as the day before i relapsed, some of those effects are real but mostly psychological.

How can i recover from missing a day or two? Or a week at worst of not meditating? Should i meditate double the time daily to get where i was ? And for how long? or what should i do exactly?

You should delete guilt from yourself and proceed as usual. When you meditate it is 100% powerful and effective, when you did not meditate is now in the past therefore not real, there is nothing to catch up with.

Nothing is more powerful than consistency, doing 10x of what you should for 3 days will only satisfy your ego but you will not "catch up" but slack again, what you should do is to do what is normal and required. Because you don't have to do more than what is required. Do what is required at all times, and you shall be rewarded.

When things get complicated it can help to just go back to the basics...

Overall with power meditations, it's crucial to stay consistent... Don't let a day go by without maintaining your energies/chi.
From the Basic Meditation Program web page itself, it states:
"Meditation sessions should ideally last for 15 - 30 minutes a day. If you are short on time, doing just 5 - 10 minutes is better than doing nothing. Skipping days will throw you behind, and when you are new, inconsistency can cause depression as your body tries to adjust to the increased bioelectricity."

It's important to be realistic with yourself - if you're getting overwhelmed with the meditations you're doing, try starting out with a few (the fundamentals, like aura cleanings, Aura of Protection, void meditation) and getting super duper comfortable with those before adding more to your meditations. There's no shame in it, it's actually SO great that you're actually meditating already, just keep it up!
