When i break meditation streak i feel so bad and feel like a loser, i also feel i should be on same streak or better to be able to feel as successful as the day before i relapsed, some of those effects are real but mostly psychological.
How can i recover from missing a day or two? Or a week at worst of not meditating? Should i meditate double the time daily to get where i was ? And for how long? or what should i do exactly?
