Meditation for this?

I have to wait a minimum of 9 months for an operation for my sinuses, until then I can not do any breathing techniques and find it REALLY annoying and a major set back! Is there anyway at all I can speed this up somehow so It comes a lot quicker! My sinus infection Ive been told is really bad and will never go unless I have an operation that is 60% likely to work. As I am trying to progress in every aspect of meditation, I am set back on my breathing exercises and techniques. PLEASE any advice will be most grate full as I have tried so many things to fix my nose and the only last option is operation! Wish me luck, Thanks in advance!

Every Night before sleep (when your at the point of almost falling asleep) affirm to yourself "I Always breath properly, I am always healthy and am not affected by any sinus". You can adjust it your the way you like but do this every night before sleep. Try to aim for 40 days straight without missing a day.

You dont have to breath for meditation if you can direct energy with simply your mind.

So when ever you can, try to direct energy into your aura and then program your aura to heal THE sinus. (Not your sinus, but THE sinus)

You can program your aura to do the healing or you can direct energy into the sinus then program it to heal but if your afraid to spend and use your own energy, then dont use your aura.

Make sure you raise alot of energy. Use energy from the sun and moon. Mercury is the planet for healing so healing is amplified. BUt try to do this 2-3 times a day, if you can.

Also make sure you continue daily meditation along with the healing. Maybe try summoning your guardian and ask if he/she can pitch in with healing.

<td val[/IMG]Have you thought about doing the techniques in your astral temple.  I spend much of my time there because doing exercises in the physical might bring negative attention my way from religious family members.  Besides, being able to design your astral temple any way you like is a pretty nice benefit.

Thank you for the information, I might direct the energy straight to THE sinus, Ill try for three times a day, ill try either for the hour of mercury or at least the sun. Ill do the affirmations every night, we are in the sign of Libra which is perfect for healing or beginning a healing process, I might not ask for help, as this is a HUGE problem, and I really would like to beat it on my own!

There is only 1 problem though, I chant ALGIZ every morning for protection as I need it, will this weaken my energies for the healing process, even if I complete the healing meditations for 40 days?

Also I saw on the JOS website, the face chakras, if they were opened and empowered, would that help the sinus infection, maybe get a better energy flow in the face? Just trying to do everything I can, there are too many set backs with the infection at this state. Thanks for all the responses!

Just another quick question, if I am breathing energy from the sun, I would be saying, I am breathing in powerful white gold energy from the sun that is completely healing the sinus and enabling me to breathe properly and perfectly! If it is night time can I still say that and draw energy from the sun even though it is not out, if not I will draw energy from the moon but then ill be saying 'I am drawing powerful white gold energy from the moon...etc' it will have changed, will that matter? Does the affirmations have to be stated EXACTLY and PERFECT every time for the 40 days? Thanks!

The chant in the morning wont affect the healing. As for the face chakras, i havent tried that before so you can experiment with that.

The affirmation sounds good. During night visualise both the moon and sun as powerful as you can and combine their energies and absorb the energy and affirm "I am breathing in powerful healing energy that is completely healing the sinus and enabling me to breathe properly and perfectly" Moon energy is silver. For 40 days, its best if its the same affirmation but its ok as long as its doing the same job.

Thanks A lot for your responses, I like your affirmation there but do I need to include where I am breathing the energy from, eg. I am breathing in powerful healing energy from the Sun etc..., That's were I am coming from with having different affirmations because at night its moon. Or should I just use your affirmation and visualize the energy from the Sun and moon, don't mean to ask a million questions but just want to get the job done right in the end! Thanks heaps!
