Matriarchy vs Patriarchy

I would like to know do any of you guys have any information about the ancient matriarchal and patriarchal systems? There are many groups that are putting information out that Africa, Sumer, and Greece, etc... used to be matriarchal but now turned patriarchal. Did Enki turn a matriachal system into a patriarchal system?

If I'm not mistaken in ancient Egypt there was only the title Pharoah for the ruler. Although many would associate that with a male ruler there have also been female pharoahs through eqyptian history. Since the title and regalia used were the same the only real way to tell the difference between the two would be to flip their skirt lol. I'd guess that rather than concern themselves with genders people then were more interested in how their leaders performed their duties.

I think that honestly has to do with the feminine aspect of the soul, Kundalini, and the creative side of the brain being the matriarchy. If you try to make things patriarchal then there would never be the thought of something feminine, crossing out the feminine side of the brain. I don't however think that there was ancient patriarchies or matriarchies. I think they lived more in equality.
