To start off with your not alone! There are others that have gone through this or are going through this! I personally have struggled with all manner of addiction… and still am… so here are a couple of tips that can help!

Ritual 40 days / 6 weeks
Color yellow
Moon wanning
Rune ANSUZ
Moon in Aquarius

The affirmation is very important… I’d suggest something like “in a healthy and positive way for me I am completely and in every way free from addiction’s to porn, permanently”

Also! And this is big! Don’t just drop it dead I the water! Slowly decrease it over time! So you don’t suddenly relapse or something! So your mind can slowly adjust without to much strain! It is also useful to start focusing more and more into not another obsession but… another passion as your reeling in this bad habit! Something productive! Experiment! Have fun! And don’t get upset if you fall off the wagon! Just get right back up and forgive your self! Everyone falls off at some point! Everyone makes mistakes! But you just gotta keep with it no matter what!!!

40 days takes too long another option is cognative behavioral therapy. Rewire your brain. Everytime you have an urge say "i an feeling an urge to use. This makes me feel uncomfortable. This is a false message sent from my brain from years of repeated ( insert drug or drigs of choice)"

Give it about 20 mins. Then say to yourself good job i diddnt smoke.smoking kills the mind.body and soul.

Continue this whenever urges arise. You will see results within a few weeks. But if you do this along with 40 day meditation youll be golden.
