Masterbation and Pineal Gland

Befor I start, I want to say that I am a person with an extremely powerful sex drive. Each person is different and how much one can masturbate is completely individual.

For the last few months when I go to sleep, I masturbate and work with my sexual energy. In the last few months specifically, ill masturbate for about 45 minutes to an hour. I close my eyes and get to visualizing whatever it is I want to fantasize about.

After about ten minutes ill come close to climax. I stop fantasizing and take a very deep, exaggerated breath, breathing the energy right back into my sacral chakra. After repeating this process several times, the area underneath my naval starts to burn like a hot piece of metal. After I repeat the method above 4 or 5 times and the sensation of burning becomes to strong, I climax. During the ten or 15 seconds of my climax, I send the energy up through my sushumna, directing it into the chakras located in the back of my head and into my pineal gland. I feel this most in my pineal gland.

I Have a question for anyone who is advanced enough to help me pin point what is going on.

What I want to figure out, is why this energy is moving on its own without being directed, Why is the energy causing my spine to feel as though it is directly connected to the pineal gland, as if it has become its extension. And if this is something I can take a step further in my power meditations.

[Ghost in the Machine]

I Have a question for anyone who is advanced enough to help me pin point what is going on.

I can't tell you precisely what is happening because I don't know exactly what you're doing when this occurs, perhaps the energy is just spreading out to other chakras, that happens to me when I empower my 6th chakra, the energy as it increases will spread out to other chakras like my third eye, psychic hearing chakras and what not, it feels like a flush of heat in my ears when this happens. When the energy spreads out though instead of being focused to a point on your target, it dilutes and essentially 'spreads thin'. So if you want to the energy to stay in the pineal gland then I'm going to assume what's going on and provide guidance to the best of my ability. This information could also help anyone else who may read it.

I do know that If your mind wanders or if your focus falters even to a slight degree while still giving attention to the energy, the energy will lose it's 'hold' on the place you want it to stay and it will start to drift elsewhere. Then when you notice that drift in movement you'll start focusing on it, wondering what it is and why it's happening, but this focus on it drifting will only further direct the energy to continue doing so, then suddenly you will find yourself struggling to force it back into where you want it to be and wondering why it's so hard. Because suddenly you're in this 'stuck' mindset that the energy is doing this of it's own accord and that you have no control over it, when the fact is that you do, you're just fighting it too hard and because you're making it a struggle for yourself with this kind of strain you will start feeling an inkling of doubt, which further feeds the struggle.

When this drifting happens you need to gently reassert your focus, don't try to fight it to get back to where you want it to go, because when you fight it then the energy believes that there's some kind of struggle in the first place when there wasn't, thus it will become stubborn and GIVE you that struggle, making it harder for you to direct the energy. You have to be casual and relaxed when you go about directing energy, but not too relaxed that you lose focus. Some kinds of energy workings require more focus than others, it varies and depends but that's a general rule for basic stuff, it's something to be practiced but it's mostly training your own willpower and is essential to discipline yourself in if you want to move onto even more advanced magics that could be potentially dangerous and even life-threatening if you lose focus. Void Meditation is also important to practice with this.

Anyways, once you've regained your focus on the energy and have placed it back where you want it, vibrate AUM once to essentially 'lock' the energy in place, AUM is often used to end a specific working in order to 'lock' in the affects and prevent it from diverting to another course. This can be used in this kind of scenario too and I have used it to trap energy into my chakras after I've empowered them, it works.

I do not let my attention waver and have a great control over it, though the way you explained the "energy struggling" sparked one of those "AH HA" moments, so to speak. I have been dedicated for 11 years and havent had something like this "click" in a good while, I truly appreciate your reply, its caused a spark in my mind, thank you, Ghost In The Machine
