Mark I wasn't born with?

When I was younger I was born with a red birthmark on my face, as I got older it started growing bigger and bigger, so we got it removed. I've been reading about birthmarks but I have a question about marks you're not born with. A few years ago I seemed to have just woke up with a mark. It's perfectly heart shaped and It looks like it was burned there.I was wondering how it is possible to just wake up one day with a huge heart on your vag. Lol. This has always confused me.

I don't mean to state the obvious, but have you seen a doctor about it? Especially on that area of your body...
