First to start off I know the meditation guide says this can be oonger than 40 days but I have to ask this: the opening of the chakaras sometimes take quite a. Bit of time as JoS meditation page says, now the 40 day program has them at say an example 2 instead of the given days. If I did the opening previously do I have to do it again and as per the instructions of the JOS webpage? And If I do like the full opening again do I have to do the accompaning meditations as is with it. Aka (if opening of 6th chakara:7days then repeat the program it falls in for 7 days then carry on or just do it for the said amount of days on the program?)

Now this question REALLY irks me but here goes: by all means I would LOVE to build an astral temple, but I can't as we live in an office building and very cramped space and 2) I have a three year old running around touching and moving EVERYTHING. So if I do have things I use for destruction of my enemies she would probably mess with it. Thing is I really need help from a certain Demon and I wish to call upon him, how do I do this without a temple?

Question 3 Raising energy is it the same as feeling the energy in your own body burning through you? I know very dramatic wording (lol) but I love the feel of it every morrow and every night with the 40 day program I feel this energy and it feels incredible. I think I will have to draw out some day soon as the effects are a bit overwhelming. Yet I know I've barely begun tapping into this power, so my question now is when do I begin to move on to the advanced training because I've not tried to go into a trance yet and my feeling of energy isnt on par yet as well.

And the meditations... Is it okay if i swap out the other yoga for khundilini?
