Making Videos

I have many ideas for videos but the main problem is that I don't live on my own yet. The reason that it's a problem is because I have parents who have a bad habit of talking too much or just just trying to get a rise out of me. Yeah it's pretty cliche but everyone has felt that way at some point. My point is what sort of daily rituals can I use in private without botheration or question.

Hatha yoga and kundalini yoga should not brother anyone as well as the daily meditations. You can try your best to do rtrs and maybe a standard ritual after everyone is asleep.

That site is would be hard to read for most, when I downloaded something, it was not the jos website,offline it was a bunch of banners in a zip folder. I had hoped to make the content into a pdf, for reference. and stumbled upon this thread but no dice. I use nor trust, any google services btw.
