Animals have chakras. So I believe they have serpents also. So it maybe possible. I would not say you could open someone's chakras for them. As I have already said. No you cannot.
You cannot empower someone elses chakras, nor do any of the more intricate work that is required in the Magnum Opus.
Animals do have souls, and thus chakras. They do not have serpents. Only Gentile Humans have Kundalini Serpents. Kikes also do, but it is very different. The Kundalini Serpent is the part of Satan within us. His gift to humanity.
