No-one "makes a pact with Satan", and no-one can "sell their Soul to Satan", and Satan and the Gods and Goddesses are not wish-granting genies. You dedicate your Soul to Satan, and if you are genuine and helpful it would be accepted. You can get what you want yourself, but if you are selfish and think Satanism is just to have selfish material greed, instead of fixing the world from crap like selfishness and material greed, then Satan considers you unimportant.
It's not that easy. I went to joyofsatan website. It's not called a pact or a contract. It's not wise to do that then ask for things. It doesn't work like that. You just can't"make a pact" with SATAN and think you get things. There is much more to it. I personally don't believe that you have to offer rocks and stuff that stinks. Candles yes, signs/symbols yes. Blu, red and black. You have to be open, breathe, humble. You can't be cocky. Meditate. Find your Garden Demon. This all word for me. I was you at one point. I had to learn that it's not all about me. I hope this helped.

Thanks for the replies. I'm starting to understand more now. Its been a few days since i started reading the content on JOS's website. I'm understanding more and more about Satan and Satanism. I feel a bit different too. I feel energy in me that im unfamiliar with. Its different but really good. Iv been going through a personal crisis and been deeply depressed for some time. Since i somehow stumbled upon JOS and started getting into it more, i feel a bit better. Just today i read a post here from another user about meeting a kitten and feeling that it was Satan showing his love for him. After a few hours i read that post, just after i finished work i saw a little black kitten and when i called, it came and i patted it for a while. Then i took it near a restaurant, got some tuna and fed it. Its not my first time feeding a stray cat but this time it felt different somehow. I highly doubt that it was any coincidence.
Im glad i met all of you here, especially during this point of my life. Im going to try to summon a demon for the first time soon and not to make a pact. Any tips or help is very much appreciated.
