This yoga pose is wonderful, I recommend it.

It should be done for both sides. For the breathing, I just breath in and out as I normally would. I keep the throat lock throughout, but do the other two at the end of the out breath as a pulse: clench-release. 27 breaths each side. Not sure if this is how I should be doing it though.
