<td val[/IMG]wen i do the meditation especially wen i m in light/medium trance after a while i go haywire start thinking of something else then i have to bring myself back.Will give u a small example.I tried astral travel after cleaning the chakras .wen i saw try stopping the chakras and turn it antio clockwise i can do 3 or 4 chakras.Then i remembered something that had happend to me more than 20 years back wen i was in skool.Regained my thoughts then i continued .I managed to do the astral travel i just went around my house went below the building then came back(this was my second attempt wen i tried it yesterday i could not gret out of my body and was getting a real nice sensation of energy in my body).Even wen i try VOID MEDITAYION after a few (max10) seconds thoughts enter my mind.were m i going wrong plz give me some tips of how to get it done.Will it affect me in my later meditations
Don't worry it's normal most of us here have had that problem when we first started the meditation programs on jos. When you're thought lingers, relax and simply bring your mind back.
