Lizards following me?

This is weird but I have been seeing lots of lizards lately and not sure why. I've had experiences with birds but not lizards. So they follow me by my side, I saw 3 the other day and as I walked there were more around the corner there were 2 just sitting there like waiting.

Any ideas? I've drawn energy from Altair and know it causes danger from reptiles, is this permanent?
