Hello everyone.
Yesterday i was not doing RTR. But its not because my lasy ass,but i felt this like bliss just chill out. Do Aura protecion,meditate etc. Is it possoble that Satan give me one day break because i was doing RTR for some time everyday. Just wondering is it possible. the rest of the time. I miss once in a while. Then sometimes I try to make it up the

You should do the RTR's everyday to keep up the momentum. I'm not sure why you felt this way, and I'm no expert, however, if your feeling tired from doing a high number of repetitions you can try lowering them to help you stay consistent. You can also try keeping a higher energy level.
