When I meditated I saw a bright flame that looked like the yellow fire of a liter.... What is that? Is that a good sign?

I believe you are new to meditations, otherwise this wouldn't startle you so much that you come here on the forum to ask, it would be just another visual to you?
If so, just keep up. You are barely getting your toes wet.
If I shared every thing I see during meditations, you wouldn't see anything but my messages here. ;-)
